Great place to move to if you dont mind parking far away from your apartment and an excessive amount of handicap parking that no one uses. That sounded angry but in all honesty this is a pretty great place overall. Maintenance is quick, love the app and the staff is very helpful. I love having floor in the main areas and the granite countertops. Down side would be how much sound you can hear from the walls, parking, bathtubs and some doors don't lock properly or stay closed. Also, the apartment is very dark. Feels like a cave. I personally love it because I'm all for blackout curtains but its not for everyone. Upside to it is that my light bill on my 3 bedroom is $100. so i guess all that shade from the trees saves electricity. i have lived here for over a year and have had some issues but all were resolved in a timely manner. Also everyone is friendly and conscious of one another. You wont find trash or anything like that around. They keep the apartments clean and the building. Also, the trash can be pretty far but ive never seen it super full or messy. I love how they have a door to the trash and fenced up so you cant see it. The pool is pretty great too and the gym is alright. They dont have weights just yoga balls and treadmill. The tv doesnt but its always empty so i love that. They also have a laundromat on site at the office but ive never used it.

We have been here 6 or so years, and with this new management company, it’s by far the best since we’ve lived here! Misty and Amber are incredible! If you have any sort of issue, they correct it immediately. They bend over backwards for the residents and really do what they say, not just lipservice as what you want to hear. Charles and Joe are always quick on any repairs. Clean property with new upgrades in progress (gas fire pit outside with granite kitchen area). Pool area is beautiful with hammocks, sun and shade, clean rest rooms and pretty flowers and landscaping in the area. Stainless appliances and granite in kitchen and in all bathrooms. If you want a quiet, upscale complex, this place is for you!

I have lived at Icon for a little over two months and really enjoy it. It is very quiet and my family members love my apartment. Updated, clean and nice community. Would recommend to anyone.

Office staff from Icon is wonderful!

MISTY AND AMBER IN THE OFFICE HAVE BEEN GREAT. THEY HAVE WORKED WITH ME FROM OUT OF STATE THRU MY MOVE IN DATE LAST WEEK. I HAVE BEEN TO THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES THIS WEEK WITH QUESTIONS AND THEY HAVE BEEN FRIENDLY, POLITE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. AND WHEN MY DRYER TOOK 3 HOURS TO DRY THEN SENT CHARLES AND CHRIS THE SAME DAY TO CHECK THE VENT. THEY REMOVED THE BIRDS NEST AND PUT A CAGE OVER IT.....GREAT JOB SO FAR

I have lived at Icon for a few months now and really enjoyed my time here so far. Misty & Amber are helped with my move-in from out of state and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues.
